◆ Product Overview
This series of butterfly valve design idea from Ningxia Yellow River diversion project, in view of the Yellow River sediment concentration big (maximum content of 80kg/m,
the annual average sediment characteristics of 4.133 kg/m),on the basis of summarizing experiences and lessons,through trial and error and to improve and develop a new
generation of sediment butterfly valve. Now most cities have serious water shortage,water diversion project are built,and the rivers and lakes water containing and, ordinary valve in the water diversion pipe by the mud impact of corrosion,a very short time (2-6 months) and seal face serious damage,unable to work normally. This valve from design, material selection,structure system many aspects,such as making process than conventional butterfly valve made considerable improvement, so that can adapt to bad working condition.

◆Use
This valve is mainly used in water diversion pipe road,to adjust the flow rate,check and globe sealing role.As to this valve equipped with hydraulic device
can be installed in the long line of pump discharge,as the ideal use hydraulic controlled check valve.

◆Characteristics
1.The streamlined body cavity structure design,reduce the flow resistance,and reduce the body wall is impacted by the sediment of wear and tear;
2.New design ideas,the seat ring is made of a specially formulated rubber material,has the high sediment impact wear resistance ability.Fundamentally
changed the past choose new wear resistant metal materials,increased manufacturing costs and the use effect is not ideal;
3.Tested the shaft end of the sediment structure,effective protection valve shaft,bearings,packing and other components from the silt erosion
4.The new type of collar structure design is to ensure the performance does not reduce,and greatly reduces the manufacturing cost. Small over all dimensions collectors,the weight is lighter
5.With lubrication of collar structure design,greatly reduces the operating torque,switch more flexible;
6 .A valve is multi-purpose,match with different drive different functions can be realized:match with manual or electric device can be used to adjust flow
pressure or deadline seal;With hydraulic drive device can be installed in the pump outlet,when used for check and eliminate water hammer;
7.Can be installed in horizontal,can also be installed vertically.
