Nominal pressure is lower than the standard atmospheric pressure valve is called vacuum valve. Vacuum valve usually according to the working pressure,vacuum degree can be divided into three categories;
1.Low vacuum valve:Apply vacuum 10⁵~10²Pa Pa;
2.In the vacuum valve:10²-10^'Pa;
3.High vacuum valve:Apply vacuum 10'~10^Pa
4.Ultra high vacuum valve: Apply vacuum<10"Pa。
